    Stations.

    Many events are opting out of the traditional buffets and doing stations strategically place throughout the space. Imagine a raw bar, salad bar, small bites table and protein stations placed in different locations. This style of event encourages guest to leave their tables multiple times to interact with the stations and other guest.
