What is the smallest party you will cater? Is there a minimum cost?

We are equipped to do parties as small as 6 all the way to 300. Smaller parties usually choose a coursed and plated service that is specifically designed according to the customers specific theme and palate. Our minimum in-home chef experience is $800.

How many days ahead of time do you require to book your services?

We prefer to have at least 1 month notice so that all the necessary preparation can be made. With one month, we can guarantee that your event will taste delicious and look stunning with all the details you desire. This does not mean we will not work with you if you have less time. Please reach out because there is always a chance.

Do you require a deposit?

In order to lock in our services for a certain date, a deposit of 50% needs to be made. Once the deposit is received, the remaining balance will be due 2 weeks before the date of the event.

Do you cater to special diets or allergies?

Absolutely! One of our most challenging events was for 160 guest with the main entrées being a shrimp boil, smash burgers and salad bar. There were shellfish and celiac allergies along with vegans. We were able to safely prepare and serve all the food accordingly.

How do you get fresh seafood in Arizona?

Our owner has many connections to suppliers from relationships he established with his restaurant. He only sources the best quality and freshest ingredients possible. In fact, all of our items that are served raw (sashimi, oysters, etc) are picked up at the airport the day before the event and delivered straight from the source. Most of our oysters come from a small family owned farm on the east coast. The most beautiful, meaty and briny oysters we have even seen!
